Dear participants of the Hackathon, 

We are glad to welcome you!


As a reminder, every team member must be registered;
Participants of the hackathon are exclusively students of FSU or KNU; 

Each team consists of 4 - 6 people.
The teams will be mixed with half of the participants from FSU and half from KNU. Event facilitators will do it.
For best experience we recommending you 

      - install the WhatsApp app.
      - Install the Skype app.
      - Install the Zoom app.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp will be used for communication between teams and organizers, as well as for announcements and important announcements during the Hackathon in the Hack_Disaster


After completing the registration, participants will receive invite links to the general WhatsApp group by the hackathon facilitators. Teams are formed by facilitators based on the data you fill in, including taking into account your wishes for the role. After team formation, its members will be sent an invite link to the team group. After participants are assigned to teams, the event facilitators will create and invite you to the corresponding team groups on WhatsApp, where you will be able to communicate with each other and the facilitators.

Stay in the group until the end of the Hackathon. In the WhatsApp channel, you will be able to communicate with the organizers and, if necessary, ask them questions.


Google Meet

After you fill out the form for expert advice on the "Expert Call" tab on the hackathon website Hack_Disaster In Google Meet/Skype, a meeting will be created and you and the expert will receive a link to it.

The sequence of consultation:

!!!!! To request expert advice, you need to fill out it on the Consultation section or ask in your  WhatsApp team group.


Zoom

Zoom will be used:

Links (Invite) to the conference will be sent to the hackathon's WhatsApp channel. We recommend that you connect 15 minutes before the start of each event.
